Shipping policy

1. WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We primarily ship through our channel partners. Our coverage areas are limited to the areas covered by our channel partner. In case your delivery address is not covered by our channel partner, on request, we will attempt to ship through alternate channel partners for an additional charge.

 

2. HOW CAN I TRACK DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

We usually email you the tracking reference number of your shipment. You can also check status of your order at the “SMART YUMS” website www.smartyums.com

 

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?

As we maintain inventory of all products we sell on our website, you can rest assured that product will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order. We aspire to get your product delivered at your doorstep within 4-6 days but at times owing to unforeseen circumstances and delays, deliveries can take slightly longer.

 

4. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

There will be an additional charge of Rs.50 as shipping charges for order values under Rs.999. This amount will be charged to your total bill at the time of placing order.

 

5. AT WHAT TIME OF DAY WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Our courier partners make sure they give you a call before delivering the product. Please make sure you are available to receive the calls as usually after three failed attempts at delivery followed by an email reminder from our team, the product shall be returned to our warehouse.

 

6. DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY?

If you are not comfortable making an online payment on www.smartyums.com you can opt for the Cash on Delivery payment mode. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment is Rs 5,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. An additional Rs.30 COD charges are applicable if your order total is less than Rs.999.

 

7. WHY IS COD OPTION NOT AVAILABLE FOR ME?

Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few serviceable locations. Also, COD option is not available on some of our products. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card/Wallet/UPI.
